Sales Professional - Limitation of the number of tables

Hi all,
 
One of our customers is planning to implement a Sales Professional application, and we want to be sure about a fairly significant limitation.
 
The Licensing Guide states a limitation for the Sales Professional license: 'Create and modify up to 15 custom tables (per application)'.
It means that

a) Does the license allow you to create 15 custom entities per environment?
b) As many apps as are available in the environment, can 15 unique entities be created as many times? e.g.: 4 app in environment means 4*15= 60 custom entity can be managed

    Hi,
     
    You can create 15 custom entities per environment because different environments use different Dataverse and custom entities are present in the Dataverse.
     
    For the question "How many apps are available in the environment, how many times can 15 unique entities be created? e.g.: 4 apps in environment means 4*15= 60 custom entity can be managed" our team is not sure about it
