Hi Guys...

I have a requirement.. Client is asking for available list of reports / cues / KPI’s / performance indicators in Dashboards under each of the roles. 

Is this possible to get this list from Ax or form somewhere else..

Please let me know....

    Your basic question is:

    Is there a document containing detailed information per Role on what that Role can do in Ax? Especially interested in Reports, KPI, Cue's etc.

    If this is your question I haven't come across such a document.

    If your trying to generate such a report by code:

    It should be possible, but isn't easy to achieve.

    My requirement is to have a list of Reports/Cue/KPIs etc in a user profile. How can I get/create this list .. Means like if I want to see all the reports per module then there is list provided by MSDN on this link technet.microsoft.com/.../hh334471.aspx ...

    I can not find any link or document regarding my requirement .. So i wanted to know that form where in Ax I can see the cue, KPIs as per profile

    Please let me know if i m still not clear

    Hi Anjaneya,

    Besides the link you provided yourself, there is no other documentation what is on each role center. Also persons can modify the lay out and add/remove parts themselves.

    Basically it is stored in the AOT but like Boye said very cumbersome to compile such a list.
