Programming Bulletproof Error 20007 in Construction Billing

Whenever a change is made to a line item in the Construction Billing Entry screen (BI.CNB.00) and is saved, we get a Programming Bulletproof Error 20007.

This happens regardless of the user or project. The changes get saved, but the screen crashes.

There are no customizations on this screen. 

I think this might require a hotfix which doesn't exist.
