How can I maximize the Store Operations window if I don't have the symbol to do so?

When I log into my Store Operations, the window is automatically minimized and I cannot open it to perform any transactions. I only have the option to close the window when I right click.

Try right clicking on the desktop icon, Choose properties, Change the Run dropdown to either 'normal window' or 'maximize', click apply and restart POS.
