User is looking to disable or not to have access to anyone for below:
Current the /company accounts template/ is accessable to a set of users. They don't have this access to anyone, as users are changing the template due to which there is lot of confusion.
Can anyone advise, how to enable this to all users?
When I read your question, I'm confused if users need access or if you want to revoke access. The Company accounts template button requires manual permission and this is managed in the privilege Record info. This privilege is part of the duty Use basic functionality and is included in the roles System user, Retail service, and Retail store IT.
If you don't have security customizations or configuration changes, the access is granted to all users as every user by default gets the System user role. With a customization or configuration it is possible to revoke access or deny access.
