We have a hired a vendor who is developing / configuring Dynamics as per our need. Many a times they say "this is a Out of the Box functionality. When we asked them to provide us a list they said " I don't think we have such a list. Since its a Microsoft product, the features are usually listed in their own website."
Is this true? Where can I find the list on MS website?

Hey!
Most of the standard features are usually discussed in three locations:
a) licensing guide. This will briefly explain the tables and actions you can perform.
b) periodically Microsoft announces new features&functionalities as well as complimentary products. YOu should check for wave 1 & Wave 2 2022 on this topic.
c) Finally. On Microsoft Learn, you have free trainings on the basic functionality the product offers, like Lead qualification, gathering data, managing environments, etc
