Chart Refresh Issue in CRM 2011 on Dash board

I have upgraded Roll 2012 on CRM 2011 created a Chart view on the Dashboard, getting blank after i change from the default view and unable to refresh to get to the new chart.

If anyone is facing the problem and had found any solution to solve the issue.

    Are you using CRM Online or CRM OnPremise?

    If CRM OnPremise, what is current update rollup installed?

    Does this happens with one or multiple users?

    What is the version of IE ?

    I am on CRM OnPreminse

    Roll 2012

    It happens for all the users

    IE 9 version.

    What is Rollup 2012 ?

    To check the Update Rollup installed on CRM Server, you will need to navigate to Control Panel >> Programs & Features >> View installed updates >> Under Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will find all the rollups installed. Check which is the latest rollup installed and let us know.
