creating due to/from after system Pack 4

Every since we loaded System Pack 4, when we post a journal entry between funds our due to/from does not always create on manual journal entries.  Sometime it does but most of the time it does not.  It will show it on our edit of the journal entry, but then when we post the edit it does not do that part of the entry.  Is anyone else having this problem?
