Old/Inactive Purchase orders need closed but I can't access.

Please see below. This is the error I get when I try to access an old PO. The PO status is New and it's from 2015. I'm trying to clear out all the unnecessary POs on my Open PO list. If anyone has any insight I would appreciate it.

This can be due to corrupt data in the record for that purchase order.

Is there any evidence of the purchase order ever being actually used?

I would start by running check links maintenance on the purchasing module, then personally I'd be resorting to using SQL to delete the PO and run checklinks and reconcile again, just to be sure.
