Just upgraded MS Office and now I get an error about no default email client. I have checked that Outlook is the default email but still does not work. Thanks

Why the hate, all?
64bit programs are not that popular yet
Microsoft Office recommends installing the 32 bit version unless you ONLY have very, very large spreadsheets and during the install asks at least twice if you really want to install the 64b version. It reminds you of the incompatibility of working with 32b programs as RMS is, as well as many, many other programs are.
It took me forever to figure this out! We are running MS product with MS product. Why the problem??
microsoft dynamics rms 2.0 system requirements say it can be installed on 32bit and 64bit platform. also it is compatible with outlook... nothing is mentioned that the functionality of 'export to mail' will fail if the office 2010 version is 64bit. i would definitely need a solution for this issue and i hope they fix it.
You are 100% right. Wow.... This needs to be fixed!
I don't see why 64bit would be a problem, you sure you didn't have a corrupted Outlook profile? I am going to have to test this tomorrow as this will be a big issue for us.
Solved my own problem. Office 2010 64 bit is not compatiable for this feature. Has to be 32bit.
