Hi,

We have enterprise edition of CRM and have various environments:

Development

SIT

UAT

Production

but have only one product key.

Can I use same product key on each environment or I have to use msdn licence key on other environments(as I have enterprise Visual Studio).does msdn licence key expires if I leave the organisation

Hi Rahul,

This depends,

If you have an MSDN license key, you can use it in Development, QA, UAT, etc... (non-production environments only).

Production environment require a production key or a production installation package.

If the Visual Studio license that you have belongs to you (and not the organization), then you can continue to use the product (until the subscription expires). If it belongs to the organization, they will probably have to change the named person on that subscription.
