Ending inventory account doesn't match beginning inventory

Customer  just identified that there ending Inventory account as of year end June 30, 2014 doesn’t match

beginning inventory July 1, 2014.  How can we identifying any other accounts that are out of balance?They just closed the year. Could this caused the problem. What can I do to further troubleshoot this?
