Comunidad,

esperando se encuentres muy bien. Les comparto una duda esperando me puedan apoyar con alguna solución. Estoy teniendo problemas con la reclasificación de impuestos (MEX) por lo cual requiero realizar un aumento de los N° asiento (Transaction N) de la tabla Cust Ledger Entry (21). ¿Alguien me pudiera ayudar con esto?

¿A qué te refieres precisamente a realizar un aumento en el campo "transaction no"?

BC crea los N° asiento (Transaction N) para cada documento registrado en la contabilidad, esto puede ser un pago/cobro, nota de crédito, factura, etc. Al realizar un cobro/pago o incluso una nota de crédito a una factura, BC toma el N° asiento (transaction n) del documento a liquidar y hacer la reclasificación de impuestos que pertenecen a este N° asiento. Actualmente tengo un problema, el cual me esta creando N° asiento (transaction n) repetidos para distintos documentos y el comportamiento es que en los pago, cobros, NC, la reclasificación de impuesto trae muchas líneas debido a que hay N° asiento repetidos. Intento realizar un incremento de este N° asiento (transaction n) paraque estos documentos no se repitan e intentar "comenzar de nuevo".

I'm sorry I may not fully understand your problem, but if you want to split Customer Ledger Entries, it cannot be done with the standard, and it is not recommended for customization.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.
