Disable advanced filter

In the system, the distinction is made on the basis of views indicating "Current User"

However, it turned out that using an extended filter, you can get around and view all the records, including other people's users. How can this be destroyed or fixed?

I have the same question (0)

    HI,

If we setup the security roles properly then user will see records based on applied security roles.

    Thanks,
    Pradeep

    How to do it?

By default, the user must see only the records in which it is indicated as a responsible person.

    HI,

You mean, Display only those records where logged-in user is set as owner?

Yes, it is now that now is configured through system ideas.

However, the user goes through this using an extended filter (removing the option equal to the current user)

    HI,

In my CRM, I have two user one is system administrator(Demo User) and other is sales person(Pradeep Gupta).

For demonstration, I have created one custom entity names as Employee and added in CRM Sitemap.

And from security access side, sales person have user level access to Employee entity as shown below:

Now, when salesperson logged in and go to employee entity then he can see only those where owner is equal to salesperson user.

And even if he tries to add filter condition he will not see other user records as shown below:

    Filter condition:

    Result:

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Pradeep.

Thanks for the solution, everything works great!

Now, how can you do something so that in a certain system view the user can see the entire list, and even see those records of which he is not the owner?

You can utilize Team's concept here if you would like to see certain records which you are not the owner of it.

    Refer here for https://vjcity.blogspot.com/2020/05/security-and-access-permission-in.html

No. This is how it is configured now, for all system views.

You need to make an exception for one view (display all records, even if not the owner)
