How will I use these properties in security privileges?
Hi,
These properties are set for Valid Time State table to decide the permission that user can have on data from the past, current and future. You might refer to the below articles:

I wrote that blog on AX 2012. Note that there is a difference between AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 related to this option. The settings are on the privilege. On the security role, the settings can be done for table permissions and not on the security role context itself. Also keep in mind that these properties can only be set from within the development environment. On the Security configuration form, it is not possible to manage these settings.
