When you are in the receivables transactions entry window and click E-Mail, it brings up the "Generating E-mail" window but nothing is actually sent or received. I am testing it in the test company and sending it to myself. It is set up to send email as attachment and the customer is set up to email Receivables invoice as DOCX and send documents as attachments. Why is the email not being sent? When I click on "Receivables Transactions" in the navigation pane on Sales and select the invoice to email, it says 1 succeeded, 0 failed, but again, nothing is received or sent.
