Hi Community,
I tried to live my event on my the front end of the CRM Portal. However, though the event module is up on the page but when clicked upon it just keeps on buffering and redirect the user back to the homepage. In addition, with the webinar format there is a error message of "We are creating the webinar in the background. Please wait for the process to complete before trying to access its features." We are using zoom as a webinar host instead of MS teams. May i know if this will impact the webinar format settings in the events module? How do i integrate a 3rd party host into the system?

Hi,
There will be an information saying that “It's possible to add another provider, but custom development is required.” when you open the default Webinar provider from Settings > Event management.
In the official documentation about Webinar providers (Set up event administration options and webinar provider accounts (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs), the following statement can be found.
So the On24 is the only OOB integration in Dynamics Marketing. You can't use it unless Zoom has a customized solution for you.
