Embed a custom page in an Iframe contrail inside dynamic 365 entity Form

I have created a canvas app with multiple custom pages inside it. Now I want to display these custom pages inside iframe control in crm. Is it possible to display a specific custom page in iframe for eg: custom page 2?

I am aware that Canvas Apps can be embedded using the iframe (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/embed-apps-dev) but my requirement is to display a specific custom page only.

Let me know if there is any way to achieve this. Thanks.
