data 8 predictive address missing the field box

Hello all,

I came across a functionality which is already used in our system, but for some reason it is not working properly in one of the environments. 

For address field there is no field box showing after the field name in the form

On further looking into it i found that it uses some data8  predictive text feature which i am not much aware about. 

just wanted to check if there is any direct configuration that is missed here. Below is where they have made the changes because of which the text box is missing

Now the application for data8 predictive text and the js is already present in the environment still there is some issue which i am not getting. 

If there is somewhere else where i need to configure please let me know

    Did you follow the official process provided by the product to install it, please check the following link:

    As it is not built-in control for dynamics products, maybe you need contact product support team for professional assistance:
