hi guys 

i have the below problem when i go to change record, i cannot records as the  number "2900 stays in the first box 

might be a silly question how do i remove this and allow myself to view the list of other products and what did i do wrong to force this error.

    Hi,

    You can either press F5 to open list or you can go to Item with down sign in bottom and select List. As in image

    i tried that and it usually work as it would bring me to the database of entries but it just goes blank when i do this

    Make sure you selected right company. Just a sanity check.

    Hi,

    Did you try to unfilter the list ?

    UnfilterList.png

    If that does not work, maybe try to delete you zup file (but make a backup before doing so).
