Hello Experts,
we currently have the crazy behavior of the system that when a custom view is created, the system automatically expands the filters.
In the following example, I created the view with the top three coniditions "Status + Worked By + Queue". After I save the view and open it again, the system adds the additional filter "Queue (Queues) Contains Data...".
The fetch xml looks like this:
I was already in contact with the first level support of Microsoft but they could not help me for the time being and are still troubleshooting. This will probably now go directly to Microsoft.
We have also tried it on a test environment of the first level support and there it has also set the additional filters automatically.
Does anyone else have the problem and can help here?
