I get this error code when i want to create project invoice from sales order.
Most of the time this issue occurs because of plugins. Try different methods to solve this issue.

*To open Task Manager, press Ctrl+Alt+Del simultaneously. A list of currently running programs will be displayed.
*Each program must be terminated separately by selecting it and clicking on the End Process button at bottom of the window.

Have you downloaded the log file to check the plugin name from which error is coming.

This type of error usually come from the Plugin.
Please check any Plugin register on Create of the Project Invoice entity. If you have any plugin on Create then you need to debug the plugin code.
