Enhanced SLA kpi status shows succeeded even after failure time.

Hi Experts,

I have observed an issues with sla kpi status for an enhanced which have one first response kpi and many resolve kpi based on case type.

However whenever success criteria met for those kpi for a case even though failure time is lapsed it still shows as succeeded.

Have anyone already come across this issue or i'm missing any settings.

Please share your thoughts.
