Approval Workflow: Is there condition to not resend through approval?

If a previously approved purchase order is updated because the cost turns out to be lower than original or even higher but by a negligible amount, is there a way for approval workflow in BC to not resend for approval?

    Not out of the box. A developer can customize the system to do it though. Another option is to use power automate flows.
