We need to save all letters sent to a contact in that record. What is the best way to do this?
We have currently being printing letters as reports but there is no way to track these against the contact. I was hoping to use Mail Merge templates but this doesn't track the letter as an activity.
I have tried to use the Outlook Client but this doesn't work either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
