SO has been removed from Sales Order Processing

Hello,

GP was force closed during an SO entry. When GP was launched again, when you try to access the SO, the SO is indicated as posted. We ran Check Links on Sales Work and it removed the SO, which is what we wanted. However, when you drill down to the Inventory Inquiry, the items from the SO are still allocated to the SO.

If Reconcile and Check Links for SOP & Inv do not correct this, how would you fix this in SQL? Which tables would you look into?

We ran Check Links on Sales Work and then Inventory Trx Work. Then we ran Inventory Reconcile for the specific item and the item still remained allocated to the sales order. We did not run a Reconcile for SOP documents because the sales order had already been removed.

In Item Inquiry, you can see the sales order that the item is allocated to. But when you try to zoom in on this sales doc., a message appears saying 'SO has been removed'

Before you resort to SQL, have you used the reconcile utilities? The SQL table holding the allocated amount is the item Quantity Table: IV00102. If you are using multibin, you also need to change the IV00112 table.
