If I submit an ACH that was summarized so that it is only one ACH for many invoices. How do I see on the vendors account what / when the ACH payment was made for those invoices. When I summarize it shows the oldest invoice paid with the entire transaction amount and I can not see any other invoice.

Hi,

If payment line is applied correctly on journal (it will be done automatically if you use suggest vendor payments report), then after payments are posted, you can find all the applied invoices against this payment using Applied Entries action.

You can use the Applied Entries function in the Vendor Ledger Entries Page. You can select either the payment line, or any of the invoices, and then click on the Applied Entries button.
