Identify orders to be confirmed

Hello everyone,
 
I'm having a problem managing the workshop's priorities.
 
When we register an order, we have to confirm it to the customer. So we need a tile that gives us the list of orders to confirm.

We've already tried two versions:
- The first was to look at the document status and filter on None, but in many cases this didn't work.
 
- The other solution is to use table joins with the NotExist option with the confirmation table. But we have confirmed orders that come up anyway.
 
Is there something I didn't understand with the NotExist join option ? Do you guys have an idea to reach the purpose ?

    Using the document status is okay. You can create a saved view on the sales order list page, and filer the document status to None. You can as well add this view to a workspace that will show you count of Order, not yet confirmed.
