need new database with new company copy from Live db in NAV 2009

Hello Experts,

Can please suggest the best way to accomplish below in NAV 2009 R2:

We need to create a new Navision company in separate database that have the same setting as LIVE company and of course remove all the transactions and items journal etc.

The print out for invoice and documents will be the same as LIVE company but only the company logo is different.

That means I need to copy a company to create a new company with no transactional data in a new db. Can help how to accomplish this.

    Hi

    You can follow below steps :

    1. Restore the Demo Database in the SQL server. Create the New Company 

    2. Take Object Backup from present Database and import in the New Database.

    3. Use Migration tools for export Master data from Present company and import in the New company ;

    4. Import the new Company logo under Company information Form.

    Use Migration tools for export Master data .

    Do you now any such tool which I can use to import the data ?

    Hi 

    Migration Tool can use for both purpose Import and Export . No need any other tools .
