Is it possible to list all records assigned to a particular user?

I know how to use Advanced Find to list all records of a certain type which are assigned to (i.e. where the owner =) a particular user, but is it possible to produce a complete list of all records assigned to a particular user without having to run a view for each record type?

We are using CRM 4.0

    My name is Andrés Guzmán, I'm glad to help you.

    For your request you need to créate a custom report to have this information in a document.

    Through the Advance Find is not posible.

    Remember, for your custom reports to use the Filtered Views.

    Hi Andres, thank you for your reply.

    I looked at the YouTube video and it seems I would need to use Visual Studio to create a custom report on CRM 4? After viewing this and reading the blog post which you linked to, I've concluded that I do not have sufficient access to create custom reports - it would have to be done by the softward company which installed CRM for our organisation. We are only able to create reports using Report Wizard.
