Plugin not trigger from Resco Mobile App

Hi,

I wrote a plugin for message associate and disassociate, In that, I have changed the status of add/delete a subgrid record and work fine as per my expectation 

Issue: Same I do from Resoc mobile app, that time plugin is not triggering on associated/disassociate event.

    Hi,

    I found the solution.

    The issue is on web parent entity is comes A and on resco parent entity comes B. 

    Solution: I plugin need to check first which is the parent entity and then put logic accordingly

    Hi Thomas,

    N:N relationship is already enable.

    My issue is,

    I have one plugin which is a trigger on Associated and Disassociated message. When I associate the record from entity A (N:N) grid then need to change the add count of total associated record on Entity A field. This working fine in web crm.

    But when I try to associate the record from mobile app Resco then it shows that field is not available on entity B. That is correct bacuse that field is on Entity A. But I not understand why plugin take target of entity B on moble app.

    Can we debug it why resco mobile app ? any suggestion.

    Is the relationship N:N? You might need to enable the relationship in Resco as it wont pick up records being associated and disassociated. http://www.kentom.co.uk/?p=400

    If its a 1:N then you will need to sync the device to the server once you have done the change on the Resco app

    If you want the action to happen immediately on the Resco App then you will have to create an Offline HTML Javascript to replicate what you plugin is currently doing.

    When I disassociate record useing Resco App,that time my plugin is not trigger. Record will remove in both web and moble but my custome activie(plugin) not trigger.

    Hi Abhishek,

    Are you expecting the plugin to execute on the Resco App? Or are you saying that when the plugin doesn't execute server side when you sync the changes to the server?
