Removing Fin & Ops Apps (Dynamics 365) connection

Hi experts

I've installed Fin Ops app in error and it's causing issues in both Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central, how do I remove it so that it doesn't cause issues elsewhere.

I see I can delete it but is it as simple as that or will that cause other issues?
