Can anyone tell me how to create a Custom Button to put purchase on hold in Store Operations POS
we use this method often.

Follow these steps to create a Custom Button that will place the current transaction On Hold:
- From Store Operations Manager select DATABASE / REGISTERS / CUSTOM POS BUTTONS
- Click NEW
- Enter a next available number in NUMBER Field
- STYLE = INTERNAL COMMAND
- Enter a Caption such as PLACE ON HOLD
- COMMAND = CreateHold
- Enter a Description describing the buttons function (optional)
- Add an image (optional)
- Click OK
- Launch RMS POS
- If Custom Buttons menu is not configured you can select it from Ctrl + F6 SCREEN FUNCTION
