unable to close income statement

Hello All, it is the first time I use the task "close Income Statement". In my Microsoft Business Central I have an additional currency. So, I go on task "Close Income Statement", I enter all mandatory filed. After Click on OK I receive a error message "The transaction cannot be completed because it will cause inconsistencies in the G/L Entry table. Check where and how the CONSISTENT function is used in the transaction to find the reason for the error."

could you help me understand how to investigate the causes of my issue?
