Hi all,

We have had a few customisations on our sandbox so I am worried that w may be now by-passing a restrictive process.

it is our understanding that if we use the Bin Type QC then to paraphrase "you can move items to this type of bin if you want to make them inaccessible to the usual item flow" however we have found that, we can raise a sales order, create a shipment, and then pick from this bin type and zone.

The only time we get a warning is when we raise a shipment, and we are warned that “…. the bin QC is not set up for picking but it still lets us pick. Is this normal?

Hello,

Difficult to say as you mention you have a few customization. Does it produce a similar error in standard CRONUS company without customizations? Best probably is to ask your partner for additional support.
