    • Go to Bank Accounts (Search > Bank Accounts).
    • Create or select your bank account.
    • On the Bank Account Card, under Reconciliation FastTab, set the Bank Statement Import Format.

Configure Bank Statement Import Format (Data Exchange Definition)

    • Search for Data Exchange Definitions.
    • Create a new definition:
    • Code: e.g., CSV_RECON
    • Name: CSV Bank Reconciliation
    • File Type: Variable Text
    • File Encoding: MS-DOS or UTF-8 depending on your bank’s export
    • Field Separator: e.g., , (comma)
    • Header Lines: usually 1 if file has a header
    Thanks
    Ramesh
