How can I get the ship to UPS Zone onto the Picking Ticket?

I am having trouble getting the UPS Zone from the customer ship to address on the sales order to appear on the picking ticket. No matter what I try in report writer, it picks the UPS Zone from the Customer Card - but that's not where I'm shipping to.

    Hello Brenda

    You can add a calculated field in Report Writer for UPS Zone and use Support Debugging Tool to fill the calculated field with the UPS Zone. Take a look at a sample article which I have posted to use Support Debugging Tool to achieve something similar to this.
