Buying a Remote Assist license and using it in a research team

This question is pertaining to using Remote Assist in an organization where multiple people would be using the same Hololens and essentially the same license for Remote Assist as we are using it for research purposes. Is there a possibility to buy a license on an account that is different from our personal work email ids? I would also like to know if someone else has gone through a similar situation and how they managed it. Thank you.
