I have created a number of trial instances of Dynamics 365 and provisioned a portal to play around with. With each new trial of Dynamics I have been given another portal.
However, after the trial period my dynamics 365 instance disappears from the Dynamics admin site, however, in the applications tab the portal application still appears but when I click to manage it, I get an error
Organization with Id blah blah blah connected to this Portal doesn't exist anymore. Please Run Portal Checker
Obviously this is because my Dynamics organisation no longer exists. That's fine, I did not expect the portal to still work.
This list of old portals however is starting to grow. How can I get rid of them? In the manage option there is no option to remove or delete or reassign. I now have 3 portal applications trying to link to 3 old trials that expired. I would like to make more trials but want to do some tidying up first.
