My Client was deployed in Azure. So i assume i am to pick organizational account for the web client deployment. Where do i get the client id, application key and app id uri to fill in to this window?

That depends...
Are you using Azure AD to host your domain accounts or is the VM a part of a virtual network that interfaces with an on-premises domain? Assuming you are going to use Azure AD for your domain account, the most logical way to go about it would be to deploy Organizational Accounts authentication. There's a good post written by my buddy Lucas Miller on the subject:
