When I am exporting a report as Excel from Dynamics 365 Customer Service and trying to open a record from it, say I exported all active tickets in the report and trying to open one ticket using hyperlink, it is giving me an error message as below:
Error message : Unable to open https://<orgname>.crm.dynamics.com/CRMReports/viewer/drillopen.aspx?id<id>&LogicalName=incident. No program is registered to open this file.
I have tried the same operation in an on-premise application and it is working fine. Is it a product bug, have anyone else experience the same?
