I need to do Data Migration from CRM 2013 to 2016. There are many tools but i have some limitations like need to do with free migration tool.
Where i am New for Data migration concept and working ON-Premise. Suggest me the bestway to do so.
You will have to go from 2013 --> 2015 --> 2016
I would recommend you create a 2015 org and servers and import the 2013 and upgrade to 2015. Do testing.
Then create the 2016 servers / org and import the 2015 org to the 2015 org.
