This happens because the menu item has a property. If I remember correctly it is the property "show parent module" that controls if the menu item is tied to the module.

This means you now have a situation, where you through your role, duty and privilege have granted the correct access.
It is possible for the users to navigate there, if they know the URL, but they cannot navigate through the D365 menu overview because the module is simply not visible.

There is nothing you can do about this as Microsoft controls the properties of the menu items.

What you have to do is:

Identify another menu item in the same module, that you can grant access to as well, which will not be granting access to information users are not allowed to see.

Seems you have edited your own post with screenshots. Since its a standard form - You can navigate to that form Under Options on action pane >> Click on Security diagnostics >> Click on Show object identifiers >> Scroll down to see the standard privilege used on the form >> Just duplicate that privilege - It will include all the sub menu items used in the form.
Privileges used in the form is "BankAccountTableMaintain" and "BankAccountTableView".

    Thanks,
    Girish S.

As the menu item is standard can you check if there is any standard privilege already created? If yes, then custom one is not required. Then try assigning standard role.

    Hi,
Maybe you can try adding more menu items to your menu to see if the other menu items work. This document details how to create a menu item and how to add it to a menu, and you can redo it as instructed in this article: How To Create Menu Items In D365 - Dynamics 365 Musings.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

Module & Menu not showing after giving access to Menu item Via Security Role
    Hi Saud,

Like Girish mentioned, first check if you actually provided some permissions to the entry point on the privilege. If this is correct, then this might be due to a setting or a bug in the security. When you create a privilege with only the All vendors list page and assign this to a role, the menu is also not visible. In my spare time, I try to understand why this happens. So far, I was not able to find the root cause.

When you add some more menu items, the module and all menu items will be visible.

Can you please rephrase this or give more detail for this as I am not able to understand this.

    Hi Saud,

Menu item will be added only to the privilege. After adding privilege you need to set the access level.
After creating privilege you need to create duty and add that privilege. Finally create a role and add that duty to it.
Also have you added the menu item under the menus you want?

    Thanks,
    Girish S.
