I can't change user's License type to Full User. It was full user but mistakenly someone changed it into external and now I can't change it to "Full User" again. Is there a way to solve this. User cannot sign into system(See below screenshot 2).

That is a good catch. I am able to reproduce the issue. The application ID does not get a value automatically (at least not that I am aware off) so it must have been pasted in. It may be helpful to design the page not to show the application ID to users to prevent this from happening again?

Thank you for your reply. I solved issue by changing application ID field into {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} for related user on users table. Then I was able to change "License Type" into "Full User"
I have noticed that new users have application ID as {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}. So, I think user cards got these ID's before BC Upgrade(This customer was upgraded from NAV 2016 to BC). I'm not sure this is my comment after some observations.
