we have created a compliance profile with external link in RTM. The profile is linked with the company’s webpage where Marketing form is published. This marketing form is created within Customer Insights App/ RTM.
We have created email and also customer journey. The email is linked with the Compliance profile with external link.
If we use such email in the journey, email is not being sent. If we change the Compliance profile to the profile with Preference center, email are sent and delivered.
Have you had any experience with using compliance profile with external link in RTM?
Hi, We've analyzed your question and according to the official documentation "External links are currently designed to work with externally hosted subscription centers and can only be used with contact entities" As a result, we believe that when you created the external link compliance profile, the external link was pointing to a subscription center and not a regular MKT Form.
