Alternative to AppSource for simple Extensions

Hi there. We have a few simple extensions that we've successfully published to our sandbox environments and now want to move to live D365 Business Edition tenants. We have a custom object range available to us, but can't find a way to push these extensions to live without using AppSource.

Is there a way that I'm missing, to get these from sandbox to live, without using AppSource?

While we appreciate the possibilities for AppSource, these extensions make minor changes are minor and don't warrant the process to get them approved and published for use by everyone in the world on AppSource.
