Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

We entered a Sales Order in a batch and posted the batch. If I inquire on the Inventory Item, it does NOT show it as allocated. What can we check to get it allocated on inventory?

    In Sales Order setup, the Sales Order Document setup for Order needed to have the checkbox "line item" marked for the 'allocated by ' field.

    When I try to reconcile the item, the message says "you can't complete while transactions are being edited".  We have the order in a sales batch with a qty of 5 at a value of zero.  The batch doesn't seem to post.

    David, try Reconciling the item.  Inventory>>Utilities>>Reconcile.
