Themes default color is showing up for some users?

Folks,

We customized a theme for our crm to show red color in the navigation bar, but some users are seeing the default dark blue color. I didn't found any resources, could anyone share their experiences if had problem with themes?

    No problems experienced, I presume you have got them to remove any browser cache?

    Hi Drew,

    clear browser cache and temp data by these user and new start.
