Business Central D365 - how do I filter an item to show what sales order are outstanding for a particular item and not released.

Hi, this seems to require a little simple customization. You can find fields other than status (Open, Release....), etc. in the Sales Lines page. So just add the Status field of Sales Header to this page. If you have no development experience, you can use Configuration Package to export the Sales Header and Sales Line tables, and then process them outside the system.

Open the item card and click on the item tab in the card.

Click on item availability by,

Select Location,

Check the "Gross Requirements" column for any open sales that is yet to be released.
