I am in need of an ISV solution for Mining Industry within MSD 365, would anyone can recommend an approved vendor please?

Immix was bought by Decision Inc (DI). They focus on the classic side (financials and procurement). Not so much on the operational and governance and risk side of mining. Reach out Dave Denton at DI.

But there might be more companies offering a solution.

So mining is big. It is also "complex" in the sense that there are verticals INSIDE the mining vertical. We have been doing mining for 16 years and have done a large number of implementations. In short:

1) Are you looking for mining or plant processing solution?

2) In mining you have open cast; in-cline and underground mining. Which one are you looking at? Asuming GIS and long term planning is excluded from what you need.

3) Then there are issues with base metals vs precious metals vs ore vs coal and other commodities?

4) Plant; at risk of stating the obvious, BOM's do not work in the plant. For certain types in 3) above it is crucial to interface with LIMs (lab system) and SCADA/PLC.

5) Then moving to the sales side; key for most is the interface to weigh-bridge data.

6) Operationally health & safety and risk management is key. There is a reason why mines normally chant "Safety first".

7) Maintenance is massive. So Dynaway (now part of the core is good; but there are some gaps)

8) Financials and procurement is "classical" and bar a few tweaks and mods you should be ok.

9) Finally; contract mining vs traditional own labour force. This could lead to HR/Payroll. In certain mines payroll can be massive.

Did not worked with any ISV related to mining industry but if you can do simple search,you can get some and start your research.
